    Product Application: Bright silver PE self-adhesive labels are suitable for many types of goods, including daily necessities and household products. It is resistant to water, oil and chemicals, and are suitable for bottles that need to be squeezed frequently and are easily deformed.
    Printing and processing: Because of its excellent performance, PE film is widely used in the field of flexible packaging heat sealing layer, surface layer and so on. Common film flexible packaging forms mainly include flexo printing and gravure printing two ways, also can do letterpress printing, gravure printing.
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.

    The film has consistent thickness and a smooth, particle-free surface with no impurities. It is opaque, with a bright, pure silver base color, ensuring strong contrast and high legibility in printed graphics.

    Fully waterproof, oil-resistant, moisture-proof, and resistant to acids and alkalis; water stains and oil marks wipe off easily. No fading or ink peeling occurs even under prolonged exposure to dampness or daily chemical oils.  
     
    Highly tear-resistant and durable, unlike paper labels, it withstands compression and bending without cracking or breaking, making it ideal for soft-tube personal care packaging.  
     
    Withstands temperature ranges from -20°C to 70°C, ensuring stable performance in refrigerated, ambient, and workshop environments—no shrinkage or adhesive failure.  
     
    Surface is scratch- and wear-resistant, maintaining clear printed graphics despite everyday friction and handling impacts. Long-term storage preserves sharp, unfaded print quality.
     

    III. Printing and Processing Compatibility  

    The surface undergoes corona treatment, providing excellent ink adhesion and compatibility with various printing methods including UV, flexographic, digital, screen printing, and thermal transfer.  
     
    Supports advanced finishing processes such as white base printing, multi-color overprinting, hot stamping (gold/silver), and gloss/matte lamination. Offers high color saturation and crisp, scannable barcodes and QR codes.  
     
    Smooth die-cutting and slitting of roll materials ensure clean edges without fiber pull, compatible with fully automatic high-speed labeling machines, delivering consistent production efficiency without jamming.

    Q3: If I need sample, what l need to do? and how long can l have sample?
    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24hrs. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)
