    Product Application: This self-adhesive label uses triple-protection thermal paper as the face stock (featuring friction-resistant, oil-resistant, and water-resistant properties, with color development when exposed to heat), paired with the stable adhesion of hot-melt adhesive and the substrate support of blue glassine. It is suitable for scenarios requiring quick printing and resistance to complex environments (such as moisture, oil stains, and slight scratches), including cold-chain logistics waybills, food delivery labels, and industrial product markings.
    Printing and processing: For printing, the triple-protection thermal paper is compatible with thermal printers, generating clear graphics and text through heat without the need for ink—its triple-protection coating does not affect printing results. During processing, it can be die-cut and stripped of waste as needed to form rolls (suitable for continuous printing) or individual sheets. Care should be taken to protect the thermal coating and triple-protection structure, while the processing temperature of the hot-melt adhesive should be controlled to ensure stable adhesion.
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.

    Q3: If I need sample, what l need to do? and how long can l have sample?
    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24hrs. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)
