Product Description

Thermal Paper self-adhesive labels are made from specially treated heat-resistant coated thermal paper as the base material, and are combined with a high-temperature resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. They are functional label materials specifically designed for high-temperature environments. The surface of the base material is treated with an anti-heat coating, which can withstand heat shock within a certain temperature range. This prevents the problem of blurred, colored or faded characters that occur when traditional heat-sensitive paper is exposed to heat. They are widely applicable in fields such as catering, industrial manufacturing, and healthcare where clear label information needs to be maintained in medium-high temperature environments.

Features

The Thermal Paper self-adhesive paper is made with specially treated heat-resistant coating heat-sensitive paper as the base material, and is compounded with a high-temperature-resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. It has excellent heat resistance and anti-scalding performance, capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from 60 to 120℃ (short-term up to 150℃). The information is retained stably (at room temperature for 1-2 years). It is compatible with various printing methods, has physical properties that are suitable and environmentally compliant, and is suitable for information identification needs in various high-temperature environments.
