White PET self-adhesive label is a special label material made from a translucent and opaque polyethylene terephthalate film in a milky white color. It is formed by precisely applying pressure-sensitive adhesive and releasing backing paper for composite bonding. Its core advantages lie in high coverage rate, high color reproduction accuracy, and strong weather resistance. It not only retains the tear-resistant and high-temperature-resistant properties of PET material, but also hides surface flaws or base colors of the object being attached through the milky white base, making the printed patterns more vivid and three-dimensional.
The white PET self-adhesive label, with the combined advantages of "high coverage + strong weather resistance + excellent printing", has the following core application scenarios:
Cosmetics and Personal Care: Dark bottle labels for skincare products (covering the base color of the bottle and highlighting the color patterns), shampoo hose labels (resistant to compression and leakage prevention), cosmetic packaging box labels (with matte finish enhancing the high-end feel, and glossy finish enhancing the glossiness).
Electronics and Digital: Labels for mobile phone chargers / earphone casings (with a temperature resistance of 70℃ and scratch resistance), labels for smart home control panels (clearly displaying functional text, resistant to detergent wiping), labels for battery casings (resistant to electrolyte corrosion and with a temperature resistance of 60℃).
Medical and Health: Labels for pharmaceutical packaging boxes (compliant with GMP standards, resistant to alcohol disinfection), labels for medical devices (such as blood pressure monitors and blood glucose meters, resistant to aging and easy to identify), labels for vaccine refrigeration boxes (-20℃ to 8℃ temperature fluctuation with stable adhesion).
Industrial Manufacturing: Labels for chemical product packaging (resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, covering the base color of the container), labels for automotive parts (resistant to engine compartment temperature of 80℃ and oil stains), nameplates for tools and equipment (resistant to friction, no fading even after long-term use).
Unsuitable Scenarios: Packaging requiring transparency (the white base material is completely opaque), flexible packaging that needs to be repeatedly folded (such as toothpaste tubes, with a folding radius of less than 3mm, which is prone to causing base material fatigue and fracture), long-term immersion in strong solvents (such as ketone solvents, which may dissolve the adhesive layer).
