    Product Application: The characteristics of silver BOPP adhesive mainly include water resistance, good oil resistance, smooth surface, easy to print, high tensile strength, scratch resistance, not easy to break. This material has a metallic luster and gives a bright effect, and is commonly used in labels for a variety of industries and products, including high-end wines, cosmetics and electronics. The mesh shape of the glue can be used for exhaust to avoid the phenomenon of labeled bubbles.
    Printing and processing: With a special coating on the surface, It can be used for various printing methods such as letterpress, flexographic, gravure and screen printing. It has excellent hot stamping performance and effect. UV ink and water-based ink are applicable. Avoid printing to the edge of the label, espe-cially screen UV ink and UV varnish. The high shrinkage ink layer will cause the label to curl, resulting in separation from the release paper or warping on the object being attached.
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.

    The surface has a high-reflective silver metallic texture, with excellent mirror effect and high gloss, significantly enhancing the product's grade and brand texture.

    Made of 50μm biaxially oriented BOPP film, it has high mechanical strength, resistance to tearing, resistance to bending, and two-way stiffness, and is not prone to deformation.


    3）Waterproof and oil-resistant, with good weather resistance

    It has excellent waterproof, oil-resistant, and moisture-proof properties, is resistant to chemical corrosion, has a wide applicable temperature range, and is not prone to aging in outdoor or humid environments.


    4）Printable and color-reproducing accurately

    The surface tension meets the standard, it is suitable for flexographic printing, offset printing, UV printing, hot stamping / silvering and other processes, with clear graphics, bright colors, and strong adhesion.


    5）Stable adhesion, selectable and removable

    Combined with environmentally friendly water-based glue or oil-based glue, the initial adhesion is moderate and the holding adhesion is strong; the removable version can be torn off without leaving residue, and can be repeatedly adhered.

    Q3: If I need sample, what l need to do? and how long can l have sample?
    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24hrs. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)
