    Product Application: Suitable for making high quality labels such as cosmetics, personal hygiene products and promotional labels. Ideal labeling material for polypropylene containers and environmental protection. Not suitable for irregularly curved surfaces and particularly soft bottles due to the hard face material.
    Printing and processing: With a special coating on the surface, It can be used for various printing methods such as lett-erpress, flexographic, gravure and screen printing. It has excellent hot stamping performance and effect. UV ink and water-based ink are applicable. Avoid printing to the edge of the label,espe-cially screen UV ink and UV varnish. The high shrinkage ink layer will cause the label to curl, resulting in separation from the release paper or warping on the object being attached.
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.
     
     
     
     

    I. Basic Structure

    The surface material is a plain laser-cut BOPP film, combined with eco-friendly water-based adhesive and release liner. The layers are closely adhered together and can be easily peeled off, making it suitable for both manual and automated labeling.

    The plain base is paired with colorful laser gloss. The surface is smooth and flat, with strong printing adaptability. The text and patterns are clear, combining decoration and anti-counterfeiting functions. 


    III. Core Performance 

    The water-based adhesive has stable viscosity, moderate initial adhesion and firm adhesion. It is easy to apply and remove without any residue. It is resistant to water and moisture, has good toughness and is not prone to damage or deformation.

    Suitable for high-end cosmetic bottle labels, packaging for alcoholic beverages and food products, labels for pharmaceutical and health care products, and gift packaging, etc.

    Q3: If I need sample, what l need to do? and how long can l have sample?
    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24hrs. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)
