    The core characteristics of coated paper self-adhesive labels


    1）High gloss and smooth surface

    After the coating is polished, the surface smoothness can reach 800-1200 seconds. The gloss of high-gloss coated paper is ≥75%, while that of matte coated paper is ≤30%. It can precisely reproduce the saturation and gradation of printed colors, avoiding ink color unevenness caused by rough surfaces.

    2）Excellent printing adaptability

    The pore structure of the coating is uniform, and the ink absorption capacity is controllable. It not only prevents ink penetration leading to blurred characters but also enables rapid drying and fixation of colors, suitable for various printing processes such as offset printing, intaglio printing, and digital printing. It is particularly suitable for fine patterns and gradient color printing requirements.

    3）Controllable physical strength

    According to different weights, the physical properties are designed differently - low-weight coated paper has good flexibility and can withstand ≥15 folding times; high-weight coated paper has high stiffness, with the transverse stiffness ≥30mN・m, capable of withstanding slight collisions during packaging, forming, and transportation.


    4）Scene-based functional extension

    Through subsequent processing, such as coating treatment, the waterproof property can be enhanced, coating with antibacterial agents can meet food contact requirements, and adding flame retardants can adapt to special printing scenarios, expanding the application boundaries.

    Q3: If I need sample, what l need to do? and how long can l have sample?
    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24hrs. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)

    A: 100% T/T before shipment for order amount under US$10,000; 30% T/T advanced,70% balance before shipment for order amount over US$10,000.
