    Product Application: Mainly used for cosmetics and daily chemical labels. Not recommended for beer labels.Due to the hard material, to avoid using it on irregular labeling surfaces and bottles that are often squeezed.
    Printing and processing: The surface has a special coating and can be used for various printing methods such as letterpress, flexographic, gravure and screen printing. It is suitable for UV ink and water-based ink. Avoid printing to the edge of the label, especially screen UV ink and UV varnish.The high shrinkage ink layer will cause the label to curl, resulting in separation from the release paper or warping on the object being attached.
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.
     
     
     
     

    I. Basic Structure

    The face material is high-transparency BOPP film, combined with strong adhesive oil-based adhesive and transparent release backing paper. The layers are firmly bonded and peel off smoothly, compatible with both automated high-speed labeling and manual labeling.

    Fully transparent texture with high light transmittance, it can be invisibly adhered to the surface of the adhered object after application; the printed colors are bright and saturated, and it supports processes such as hot stamping and silk screen printing to enhance the refinement of the label. 


    III. Core Performance 

    The oil-based adhesive has a long-lasting viscosity and strong adhesion to materials such as plastic, glass and metal. It is resistant to water and oil, and can withstand ultraviolet rays. It can endure temperatures ranging from -20℃ to 120℃, and is not prone to aging, wrinkling or peeling.

    Q3: If I need sample, what l need to do? and how long can l have sample?
    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24hrs. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)
