    Product Application: Mainly used for cosmetics and daily chemical labels. Not recommended for beer labels. Due to the hard material, to avoid using it on irregular labeling surfaces and bottles thatare often squeezed.
    Printing and processing: The surface has a special coating and can be used for various printing methods such as letterpress, flexographic, gravure and screen printing. It is suitable for UV ink and waterbased ink. Avoid printing to the edge of the label, especially screen UV ink and UV varnish.The high shrinkage ink layer will cause the label to curl, resulting in separation from therelease paper or warping on the object being attached.
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.
     
     
     
     

    I. Basic Structure

    The surface material is transparent BOPP film, combined with eco-friendly adhesive and release liner. The layers are closely adhered together and can be easily peeled off, making it suitable for both manual and automated labeling.

    High transparency, flat and smooth film surface, strong printing adaptability, clear text and patterns, invisible after labeling without blocking the substrate. 


    III. Core Performance 

    The water-based adhesive has stable viscosity, moderate initial adhesion and firm adhesion. It is easy to apply and remove without any residue. It is resistant to water and oil, has good toughness and is not prone to damage or deformation.

    Suitable for transparent packaging of food and beverages, bottle labels for cosmetics and beauty products, transparent outer boxes for pharmaceuticals, and identification labels for high-end goods, etc.

    Q3: If I need sample, what l need to do? and how long can l have sample?
    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24hrs. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)
     
    Q6: What info l need to provide if l want to get the price?
    A: Product material, size, color, order Qty, porduct used enviroment, trend terms(FOB or ClF or Ex-work), destination port and other special requirments.

    A: 100% T/T before shipment for order amount under US$10,000; 30% T/T advanced,70% balance before shipment for order amount over US$10,000.

    A: For samples or small orders, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx ,TNT etc. it usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea-shipping also optional.
