    Product Application: The pearl-coated PP self-adhesive film is made of polypropylene pearl-coated film as the base material. It has a soft and pearl-like luster, and also possesses good flexibility and water resistance. It is widely used in packaging labels for cosmetics, gifts, food products, etc. , and is also suitable for decorative labels for toys and daily necessities.
    Printing and processing: When performing printing, the surface pearlescent layer characteristics should be taken into account. For thermal transfer printing, screen printing, inkjet printing requires solvent-based or UV ink. Before printing, the surface dust should be cleaned. After printing, be aware that its temperature resistance is limited (generally applicable from -5℃ to 50℃), and avoid long-term exposure to high temperatures to prevent label deformation or damage to the pearlescent effect.
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.

    Q3: If I need sample, what l need to do? and how long can l have sample?
    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24hrs. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)
