    Product Application: PET self-adhesive labels are made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) as the base material. Due to their properties such as water resistance, oil resistance, temperature resistance, and tear resistance, they are widely used in industrial manufacturing , commercial retail and packaging, medical health and home and outdoor scenarios .
    Printing and processing: The printing process should be tailored to the smooth and non-absorbent characteristics of the surface. For this purpose, options such as laser printing, solvent-based/UV inkjet printing, thermal transfer printing, or screen printing can be selected. 
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.
     
     
     
     

    1. Base material characteristics

    The base material is made of green PET adhesive labels, featuring physical properties such as tear resistance, flexibility, water and oil resistance, and excellent temperature resistance. The material is tough and has strong dimensional stability, and it is not prone to deformation or aging.


    2. Appearance and color

    The base material is in a green color range, with a smooth and flat surface, no blemishes or color differences. It can be treated with matte, glossy, or frosted finishes according to requirements, providing excellent visual texture.


    3. Adhesive properties

    It is paired with high-quality pressure-sensitive adhesive layers (including permanent, removable, and weak adhesion types), with stable adhesion. After bonding, it is not prone to peeling or falling off. It is suitable for various substrates such as paper, plastic, metal, and glass, and there is no residual glue after peeling.


    4. Processing compatibility

    It can be compatible with conventional processing techniques such as die-cutting, slitting, and printing. The printing clarity is high, and the patterns and text have strong adhesion, not prone to fading or scratching, meeting personalized customization requirements.

    Q3: If I need sample, what l need to do? and how long can l have sample?
    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24hrs. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)
     
    Q6: What info l need to provide if l want to get the price?
    A: Product material, size, color, order Qty, porduct used enviroment, trend terms(FOB or ClF or Ex-work), destination port and other special requirments.

    A: 100% T/T before shipment for order amount under US$10,000; 30% T/T advanced,70% balance before shipment for order amount over US$10,000.
