    Product Application: This product is PP with matte coating. It can be used for general daily chemicals and beverage labels. It is economical and practical. It can be used for barcode printing and has strong adaptability to various packaging.
     
    Printing and processing: UV ink and water-based ink are applicable. It can be used for letterpress, flexographic,screen printing, etc., but not for adhesive printing. Thermal transfer and resin ribbon printing are available. Ink and ribbon testing before printing is necessary. Avoid printing on the edge of the label, especially for screen UV ink and UV varnish. 
     
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.
     
     
     
     

    I. Basic Structure

    The surface material is PP, combined with eco-friendly water-based acrylic adhesive and release liner. The layers are closely adhered together and can be easily peeled off, making it suitable for both automated and manual labeling. 


    II. Appearance Characteristics 

    The matte surface is smooth and flat, with strong printing adaptability. The color reproduction is clear. It can accommodate various types of identification content such as barcodes and text. 


    III. Core Performance 

    The water-based acrylic adhesive has stable viscosity ; it features waterproof and tear-resistant properties, as well as resistance to oil stains. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -20℃ to 60℃, and the information does not fade easily.

    It is widely used in logistics labels, retail price tags, fresh produce labels, medical consumables identification, and industrial component labels, etc.

    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24 hour. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)
     
    Q6: What info l need to provide if l want to get the price?
    A: Product material, size, color, order Qty, porduct used enviroment, trend terms(FOB or ClF or Ex-work), destination port and other special requirments.

    A: 100% T/T before shipment for order amount under US$10,000; 30% T/T advanced,70% balance before shipment for order amount over US$10,000.
     
    Q8:How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
    A: For samples or small orders, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx ,TNT etc. it usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea-shipping also optional.
