    Product Application: This product is mainly suitable for the field of alcohol labeling. It can be attached to most substrates with flat and simple surfaces. Due to the thickness of the surface material, it is not suitable for small diameter surfaces. Computer printing is not recommended.
    Printing and processing: Ink testing before printing is necessary. It is suitable for letterpress, flexographic printing for monochrome and color high-quality printing. Recommended polishing oil or combined with film.
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.
     
     
     
     

    Description of the bright silver self-adhesive label

    1）Surface texture

    The surface presents a high-gloss mirror-like metallic luster, with uniform and pure color, without any blemishes or spots. The glossiness can reach 90-95 GU. It has a strong visual impact and can quickly draw attention, adding a noble and exquisite texture to the product. Compared to ordinary metal color labels, the visual appeal is increased by more than 50%. After application, it is flat without wrinkles or edge uplifts, and the overall aesthetic appeal is outstanding. 


    2）Core material and processing

    The base material is mainly divided into aluminum foil paper or BOPP, PET materials. It is combined with super polished white Glasmac base paper, with the weight and thickness meeting industry standards and the error controlled within ±10%. The back adhesive uses general-purpose acrylic latex, with excellent initial viscosity and final adhesion, meeting FDA Section 175.105 standards, and can be used for non-direct contact label application in food, medicine and cosmetics. 


    3）Physical properties

    Possess excellent water resistance, oil resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. It can withstand a normal temperature range of -10℃ to 50℃ and is suitable for daily storage and usage scenarios. It has strong tensile strength, is resistant to wear and tear, and can resist tearing. The material is uniform in thickness, has good flexibility, is not prone to deformation, and can maintain a good appearance and adhesion in various environments. The surface coating can resist slight dampness and daily friction. 


    4）Printing and processing compatibility

    Compatible with various printing methods such as offset printing, digital printing, and intaglio printing . After printing, the colors are bright and saturated, the patterns and text are clear. The bright silver background can effectively highlight the printed content. Combined with processes such as printing white, hot stamping, local UV, and reverse UV, it can further enhance the sense of depth and sophistication. Excellent die-cutting and waste removal performance. Customizable in various shapes and sizes such as rolls and sheets according to requirements.     A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24hrs. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.

    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
