    Product Application: This product retains its tan color and is very strong. With its high initial adhesive, it is suitable for carton, tea label, sealing label and so on.
     
    Printing and processing: It can be used for ordinary quality printing of most traditional printing methods, but full plate or fine printing is not recommended. It is recommended to use raw ink processing printing without adding any additives as much as possible. Spot color ink or additive ink, it is recommended to test the ink before printing. Excellent paper processing properties, suitable for rolling and plate processing.
     
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.

    1、Material and Appearance

    Made of raw kraft paper base, with natural and simple texture, the paper is stiff and thick, has a strong retro feel, and has high visual recognition.
     

    2、Printing Effect

    Excellent ink absorption, clear printing of characters and patterns, suitable for various printing methods such as screen printing, offset printing, and laser printing.


    3、Physical Properties

    Good toughness, not prone to tearing, resistant to pulling and bending, and unlikely to be damaged during daily use.


    4、Adhesion Performance

    Strong back adhesive, stable adhesion, not prone to warping or peeling, suitable for various substrates such as cardboard, wood, and plastic.

     

    5、Environmental Attributes

    Natural paper raw materials, can be naturally decomposed, without pungent odor, environmentally friendly, and in line with packaging usage standards.


    6、Weather Resistance

    Has certain moisture-proof and wear-resistant capabilities, not easy to fade or detach during regular storage or short-term outdoor use.

    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24 hour. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)

    A: Product material, size, color, order Qty, porduct used enviroment, trend terms(FOB or ClF or Ex-work), destination port and other special requirments.

    A: 100% T/T before shipment for order amount under US$10,000; 30% T/T advanced,70% balance before shipment for order amount over US$10,000.

    A: For samples or small orders, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx ,TNT etc. it usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea-shipping also optional.
