    Product Application: It is widely used in bar code printing and normal printing, die-cutting performance is excellent. Excellent performance on many packaging materials.
     
    Printing and processing: It is widely used in various printing processes. Attention should be paid to controlling the viscosity of the ink to avoid the loss of the coating caused by over-viscous ink. Avoid excessive rewinding tension, which may cause label glue overflow. Simple text printing and bar code printing are recommended.
     
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.
     
     
     
     

    Description of semi-gloss paper labelstock with hot-melt adhesive

    1）The surface has excellent texture and printing quality.

    It uses high-quality semi-gloss paper, which has a smooth and firm surface, uniform whiteness, high color reproduction, clear printing of graphics and barcodes, and is suitable for various conventional printing processes.


    2）The hot-melt adhesive formula has strong bonding performance.

    It uses environmentally friendly hot-melt adhesive, with strong initial adhesion, quick instantaneous positioning, excellent adhesion stability, and is not prone to arched up or shifting after bonding， suitable for various conventional material surfaces.


    3）High temperature resistance, strong environmental adaptability

    The adhesive has excellent performance in withstanding high and low temperatures, and is unlikely to cause problems such as adhesive detachment or leakage due to temperature changes. It is suitable for use in normal temperature and scenarios with large temperature differences.


    4）Excellent processing performance, compatible with high-speed production lines

    The gel has moderate toughness, with clean die-cutting and smooth waste removal. It is unlikely to break the label or leak glue, and can meet the requirements of automated high-speed labeling and roll material processing.

    Q3: If I need sample, how long can l have sample?
    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24 hour. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)
     
    Q6: What info l need to provide if l want to get the price?
    A: Product material, size, color, order Qty, porduct used enviroment, trend terms(FOB or ClF or Ex-work), destination port and other special requirments.
     
    Q7:What is your payment terms?
    A: 100% T/T before shipment for order amount under US$10,000; 30% T/T advanced,70% balance before shipment for order amount over US$10,000.
     
    Q8:How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
    A: For samples or small orders, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx ,TNT etc. it usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea-shipping also optional.
