    Product Application: This product is used for die-cutting blank and printing, and has a high initial viscosity. This product can be attached to most substrates, including cardboard, plastic film and HDPE containers. This material is not suitable for use on PVC substrates.
    Printing and processing: It is widely used in various printing processes. Attention should be paid to controlling the viscosity of the ink to avoid the loss of the coating caused by over-viscous ink. Avoid excessive rewinding tension, which may cause label glue overflow. Simple text printing and bar code printing are recommended.
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.

    2）The hotmelt adhesive formula has strong bonding performance.

    It uses environmentally friendly hotmelt adhesive, with strong initial adhesion, quick instantaneous positioning, excellent adhesion stability, and is not prone to arched up or shifting after bonding， suitable for various conventional material surfaces.


    3）High temperature resistance, strong environmental adaptability

    The glue has excellent performance in withstanding high and low temperatures, and is unlikely to cause problems such as glue detachment or leakage due to temperature changes. It is suitable for use in normal temperature and scenarios with large temperature differences.


    4）Excellent processing performance, compatible with high-speed production lines

    The gel has moderate toughness, with clean die-cutting and smooth waste removal. It is unlikely to break the label or leak glue, and can meet the requirements of automated high-speed labeling and roll material processing.

    The overall cost performance is high，and it is suitable for storage and logistics labels，industrial markings，daily necessities，and packaging labels of ordinary goods.

    Q3: If I need sample, what l need to do? and how long can l have sample?
    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24hrs. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)
     
    Q6: What info l need to provide if l want to get the price?
    A: Product material, size, color, order Qty, porduct used enviroment, trend terms(FOB or ClF or Ex-work), destination port and other special requirments.

    A: 100% T/T before shipment for order amount under US$10,000; 30% T/T advanced,70% balance before shipment for order amount over US$10,000.
