    Product Application: It is an ideal product for high-quality heat transfer printing due to its excellent ink absorption properties of the coating on the surface. Suitable for a variety of high definition, high density bar code thermal transfer printing. Most wax bases, wax and resin mixed ribbons are suitable for this product.
     
    Printing and processing: The coated surface material can be pre-printed with dots, negative text and solids using flexographic plates and relief plates. The viscosity of the ink should be controlled to avoid excessive viscosity of the ink causing the coating to fall off. Do not print or apply varnish to the area on the label that needs to be printed during pre-printing. Its excellent paper processing performance is suitable for rotary and flat processing methods.
     
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.
     
     
     
     

    I. Basic Structure

    The surface material is a special thermal transfer paper, combined with eco-friendly water-based acrylic adhesive and release liner. The layers are closely adhered and easy to peel off, suitable for both automated and manual labeling.

    The surface is smooth, suitable for thermal transfer printing. It enables high-definition barcode and text printing, with rich color reproduction and precise, clear identification content. 


    III. Core Performance 

    The water-based acrylic adhesive has stable viscosity and strong adhesion; it features scratch resistance, waterproof and oil-resistant properties, with a temperature range of -15℃ to 70℃. The printed information remains durable and does not fade.

    It is widely used in industrial component traceability, medical consumable identification, supermarket labels, logistics barcode labels, and microwave oven applicable labels, etc.

    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24 hour. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)

    A: 100% T/T before shipment for order amount under US$10,000; 30% T/T advanced,70% balance before shipment for order amount over US$10,000.

    A: For samples or small orders, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx ,TNT etc. it usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea-shipping also optional.
