    Product Application: Mirror-like Gloss Paper is widely used for high-gloss color label printing, such as cosmetic labels, pharmaceutical labels, food labels and promotional labels, etc., and has excellent surface properties in many packaging materials.
    Printing and processing: It has very good ink acceptance performance and is very suitable for monochrome and color printing in various printing methods. Not suitable for bar code, full plate and large area color layout design. Attention should be paid to controlling the viscosity of the ink to avoid the loss of the coating caused by over-viscous ink. Excellent paper processing properties, suitable for rotary and flat processing methods.

    1）Core Material

    Also known as mirror-like paper self-adhesive , it belongs to the paper-based self-adhesive material. The base material is polished high-gloss white coated paper, with a smooth and fine surface, no powder shedding phenomenon, high whiteness and a mirror-like luster, and the texture is far superior to that of ordinary coated self-adhesive paper. Different base paper types such as white Grasil base, yellow base, and white thick base can be selected according to requirements. The back adhesive area is rough, making it easy to distinguish from synthetic PVC self-adhesive paper and other materials. 


    2）Printing Performance

    The printing adaptability is excellent. The ink adhesion is strong, the color reproduction is high, and full-color printing can be achieved. The edges of fonts and patterns are sharp and clear, without any blurring or smudging. It supports various processes such as UV printing, hot stamping, and die-cutting. It can be die-cut into any shape. At the same time, it is compatible with laser printing and inkjet printing. When used with wax-based, reinforced wax-based, and mixed-based carbon ribbons, the printing is smooth without paper jams, and can perfectly present design details, enhancing the sophistication of product labels.
