    Product Application: This product is used for simple printing and die-cutting blank labels, die-cutting performance is good. Applicable to most bar code printers or electronic scales. Good color rendering and general protection. It has excellent performance on many packaging materials.
    Printing and processing: It can be used for most traditional printing methods. Due to the thermal characteristics of the product, processing environments exceeding 50°C should be avoided. Inks containing alcohol or volatile organic solvents may cause damage to the heat-sensitive layer. It is recommended to use raw ink processing printing without adding any additives as much as possible. For spot color ink or additive ink, it is recommended to test the ink before printing.
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.

    II. Glue Performance

    - Uses high-quality hot melt glue, with pure and free of impurities glue body, strong and stable adhesion
    - Does not solidify at low temperatures and does not flow at high temperatures, and has better temperature resistance than ordinary water-based labels
    - Has strong initial adhesion, firm adhesion, and is not prone to warping, bubbling, or falling off, and is suitable for long-term posting

    Q3: If I need sample, how long can l have sample?
    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24 hour. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)

    A: Product material, size, color, order Qty, porduct used enviroment, trend terms(FOB or ClF or Ex-work), destination port and other special requirments.

    A: 100% T/T before shipment for order amount under US$10,000; 30% T/T advanced,70% balance before shipment for order amount over US$10,000.

    A: For samples or small orders, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx ,TNT etc. it usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea-shipping also optional.
