    Product Application: Typical applications are labels for the daily chemical and food industries. After printing, labels without lamination should be kept away from alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, gasoline, and toluene solvents, which may cause the pattern to fade.
    Printing and processing: The surface has a special coating and can be used for various printing methods such as letterpress, flexographic, gravure and screen printing. It is suitable for UV ink and water-based ink. Avoid printing to the edge of the label, especially screen UV ink and UV varnish.The high shrinkage ink layer will cause the label to curl, resulting in separation from the release paper or warping on the object being attached.
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.
     
     
     
     

    I. Basic Structure

    The surface material is a biaxially oriented pearlescent polypropylene film, combined with acrylic water-based adhesive and transparent gelatinized base paper. The layers are closely adhered together and can be easily peeled off, making it suitable for automated labeling. 


    II. Appearance Characteristics 

    It has a soft pearlescent luster and a transparent base that allows the original color of the adhered object to be seen through. It is suitable for various printing processes, has high color reproduction accuracy, and supports cold stamping and hot stamping to enhance the texture.

    The water-based adhesive has stable adhesion properties, with a 90-degree peel strength of ≥ 5N/25mm; it is waterproof and resistant to friction, has good tensile strength and is resistant to tearing, and is suitable for a temperature range of -20℃ to 80℃.

    Mainly used for labels of daily care cosmetics, food and beverages, it can also be applied to retail promotion labels, poster decorations, etc. It is suitable for various substrates such as glass and plastic.

    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24hrs. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.

    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)
