    Product Application: Typical applications are labels for the daily chemical and food industries. After printing, labels without lamination should be kept away from alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, gasoline, and toluene solvents, which may cause the pattern to fade.
    Printing and processing: The surface has a special coating and can be used for various printing methods such as letterpress, flexographic, gravure and screen printing. It is suitable for UV ink and waterbased ink. Avoid printing to the edge of the label, especially screen UV ink and UV varnish. The high shrinkage ink layer will cause the label to curl, resulting in separation from the release paper or warping on the object being attached.
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.
     
     
     
     

    Description of Gloss White PP Self-adhesive Sticker


    1）Material Texture

    Utilizes high-quality pearl-coated film as the surface material, featuring a delicate pearl luster. The texture is upscale and transparent, with a visual effect of shine and luster. The quality far exceeds that of ordinary copperplate paper and BOPP labels.


    2）Printing Compatibility

    Compatible with various processes such as offset printing, flexographic printing, digital printing, gold and silver stamping, etc. The color application is rich and the color saturation is high. The patterns and text are clear, and they are not prone to fading or ink loss.


    3）Glue Performance

    Standardly equipped with high-quality water glue / hot melt glue. The adhesive property is stable and moderate, with strong initial adhesion. It can be adapted to regular labeling machines for automatic labeling, and is also suitable for manual sticking.


    4）Practical Characteristics

    Features waterproof, oil-resistant, low-temperature resistance, non-tearability, and non-through-through properties. The surface is smooth and not prone to scratches. The overall rigidity of the label is good.

    Q3: If I need sample, what l need to do? and how long can l have sample?
    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24hrs. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)
