    Product Application: Good water and oil resistance, smooth surface, easy printing, high tensile strength, scratch resistance, and not easy to break. It has a metallic luster and presents a bright effect. Often used in labels for various industries and products such as high-end wines,cosmetics, and electronic products.
    Printing and processing: With a special coating on the surface, It can be used for various printing methods such as lett -erpress, flexographic, gravure and screen printing. It has excellent hot stamping performance and effect. UV ink and water-based ink are applicable. Avoid printing to the edge of the label,espe-cially screen UV ink and UV varnish. The high shrinkage ink layer will cause the label to curl, resulting in separation from the release paper or warping on the object being attached.
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.
     
     
     
     

    Product Description of Bright BOPP Self-adhesive Label 


    I. Base Material Characteristics

    The base material is high-quality bright BOPP film, with a mirror-like high-gloss silver texture on the surface, high gloss, strong metallic effect.
    The paper surface is flat and stiff, with good toughness, not prone to tearing, excellent dimensional stability, and smooth printing and paper feeding without jamming.
    The surface is waterproof, oil-resistant, moisture-proof, weather-resistant, and resistant to fading, and is suitable for long-term label storage.


    II. Adhesive and Base Paper

    Multiple adhesive types are available, including water-based adhesive, hot melt adhesive, permanent strong adhesive, and removable adhesive, suitable for different label materials.
    The initial adhesion is strong, and the holding power is long-lasting. It is not prone to warping, bubbling, or falling off in normal temperature and high/low temperature environments.
    The release base paper peels off smoothly, and the die-cutting and waste removal are easy, suitable for use in fully automatic and semi-automatic label applicators.


    III. Printing Compatibility

    The surface coating is well processed, suitable for various printing processes such as flexographic printing, offset printing, relief printing, heat transfer printing, and screen printing.
    The ink absorption is uniform, the adhesion is strong, the printed patterns are clear and detailed, and ink does not fall off or get scratched easily.
    It supports post-process techniques such as hot stamping, cold stamping, matte film coating, and local UV treatment, enhancing the grade of the label.


    IV. Application Scenarios

    It is widely used in cosmetics, beverages, food gift boxes, electronic products, daily chemical and cleaning products, etc. It is suitable for high-end anti-counterfeiting labels, LOGO trademarks, sealing stickers, roll-type self-adhesive labels, etc. for customization.

    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24hrs. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)
