    Product Application: It has good ink absorption performance and can be written by ink pen. It is widely used in industrial and commercial label fields, such as dull labels, price labels and computer printed labels. It can be attached to flat and simple surfaces on most substrates, including cardboard, plastic film and HDPE containers.
    Printing and processing: It has excellent paper processing properties, suitable for rotary and flat processing methods.

    Description of woodfree paper self-adhesive products

    1）Core material and structure

    The design adopts a three-layer composite structure. The surface layer is made of high-quality writing paper, with a texture similar to ordinary A4 printing paper, being neither too rough nor too smooth, and retaining natural textures; the middle layer is equipped with eco-friendly water-based glue, with stable adhesion and no irritating odors; the bottom layer is silicone oil paper, which can be easily torn off, making it convenient to use. The overall material complies with environmental standards, without bleaching, fluorescent agents, toxicity or harmfulness, and balances practicality and safety. 


    2）Excellent writing performance

    The surface has been specially treated, with strong ink absorption capacity. It is suitable for various pen types such as pencils, ballpoint pens, fluorescent pens, and marker pens. The writing is smooth without ink smudging or slipping, and the handwriting is clear and not easily wiped off. It is available in two types of paper surfaces: matte and glossy. The matte surface is suitable for inkjet printers, while the glossy surface is smoother and has certain water resistance, suitable for laser printers. It also supports carbon paper printing, ensuring the handwriting remains clear for a long time.

    Q3: If I need sample, what l need to do? and how long can l have sample?
    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24hrs. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)
