    Product Application: It is widely used in bar code printing and normal printing, die-cutting performance is excellent. Excellent performance on many packaging materials.
    Printing and processing: It is widely used in various printing processes. Attention should be paid to controlling the
    viscosity of the ink to avoid the loss of the coating caused by over-viscous ink. Avoid excessive rewinding tension, which may cause label glue overflow. Simple text printing and bar code printing are recommended.
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.
     
     
     
     

    Description of coated paper with water-based glue


    1）The base material is of high quality and has excellent printing performance.

    It uses glossy / matte coated paper with a smooth and fine surface, high whiteness; the printed colors are bright, with good color reproduction, clear characters, and not prone to fading, suitable for barcodes, color printing, and detailed graphics.


    2）Environmentally friendly water glue, safe and compliant

    Combined with acrylic water-based glue, it is solvent-free, formaldehyde-free, and low VOC; it complies with ROHS, REACH, and FDA food indirect contact standards, is non-toxic and odorless, suitable for food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, etc.


    3）Permanent strong adhesion, wide compatibility

    Initial adhesion is fast, long-lasting adhesion, reaches stable adhesion within 24 hours; can be firmly adhered to common packaging surfaces such as cardboard, glass, PET, PP, PE, etc.


    4）Temperature and moisture resistant, stable environment

    The minimum temperature for labeling is +5℃; the applicable temperature range is -20℃ to 80℃; moderately waterproof and moisture-resistant, not easy to curl, fall off, or have ink seepage in humid environments.


    5）Smooth die-cutting and easy waste removal, friendly for processing

    The base material has good stiffness, the glue is flexible, the die-cutting is clean, and waste removal is easy; suitable for roll-fed / sheet-fed printing and high-speed automatic labeling, less prone to broken labels and overflow glue.


    6）Flat base paper, wide applicability

    Combined with graflex or laminated base paper, the release is stable and easy to peel; widely used for product labels, logistics labels, cosmetics / food labels, book / stationery identification, etc.

    Q3: If I need sample, what l need to do? and how long can l have sample?
    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24hrs. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)
     
    Q6: What info l need to provide if l want to get the price?
    A: Product material, size, color, order Qty, porduct used enviroment, trend terms(FOB or ClF or Ex-work), destination port and other special requirments.

    A: 100% T/T before shipment for order amount under US$10,000; 30% T/T advanced,70% balance before shipment for order amount over US$10,000.
