    Product Application: Glossy silver surface with white adhesive surface. Suitable for mineral water labels. This material has a metallic luster and presents a glossy effect.
     
    Printing and processing: The surface has a special coating and can be used for various printing methods such as letterpress, flexographic, gravure and screen printing. It has excellent hot stamping performance and effect. It is suitable for UV ink and water-based ink. Avoid printing on the edge of the label, especially screen UV ink and UV varnish. The high shrinkage ink layer will cause the label to curl, resulting in separation from the release paper or warping on the object being attached.
     
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.
     
     
     
     

    I. Superior Pearl Finish Appearance Advantage

    - Unique fine pearl silver texture, which distinguishes itself from the harsh mirror-like reflection of ordinary bright silver materials. It has a soft and transparent pearl luster, with rich layers of color when light refracts. It is low-key and luxurious, with a level of sophistication far exceeding conventional silver-coated materials.
    - The film surface is uniform and clean, without any blemishes or polar colors. The base color is silver and transparent, without any grayness or yellowing. The overall color is warm and fine, with a combination of matte and high-gloss textures. It is suitable for high-end packaging designs with a luxurious feel.
    - The base color has an appropriate covering power, and the printing color reproduction is high. When combined with pearl silver base color and overlaid with colored patterns, the light and shadow effect is unique, effectively enhancing the product packaging's recognition and overall grade.


    II. Physical Properties of PP Base Material

    - The film base material is made of food-grade PP, with a dense and uniform texture, excellent stiffness, good shaping stability, and is not prone to stretching, deformation, or softening. Compared to PE material, it is more flat. Compared to BOPP, it has better toughness. The overall adaptability is excellent.
    - It has excellent waterproof, oil-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, and moisture-resistant properties. It can adapt to the environments of cosmetics, food, and humid storage. It does not absorb water, does not bubble, does not peel off, and does not mold over a long period of use.
    - The temperature resistance is stable, with a wide application temperature range. It does not crack in low-temperature environments, does not shrink, does not turn white, and does not deform at normal or high-temperature environments. It is suitable for refrigerated products, normal temperature circulation, and workshop production scenarios.
    - The surface is resistant to friction and scratch, and is not easily worn out on the printed layers during storage, transportation, or daily contact. The pearl finish is durable and retains for a long time. The label has a longer lifespan and stable appearance.

    Q1:What products do you have?

    Q3: If I need sample, what l need to do? and how long can l have sample?
    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24hrs. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)
     
    Q6: What info l need to provide if l want to get the price?
    A: Product material, size, color, order Qty, porduct used enviroment, trend terms(FOB or ClF or Ex-work), destination port and other special requirments.

    A: 100% T/T before shipment for order amount under US$10,000; 30% T/T advanced,70% balance before shipment for order amount over US$10,000.

    A: For samples or small orders, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx ,TNT etc. it usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea-shipping also optional.
