    Product Application: Glossy silver surface with white adhesive surface. Suitable for mineral water labels. This material has a metallic luster and presents a glossy effect.
    Printing and processing: The surface has a special coating and can be used for various printing methods such as letterpress, flexographic, gravure and screen printing. It has excellent hot stamping performance and effect. It is suitable for UV ink and water-based ink. Avoid printing on the edge of the label, especially screen UV ink and UV varnish. The high shrinkage ink layer will cause the label to curl, resulting in separation from the release paper or warping on the object being attached.
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.

    II. Physical Properties of PP Base Material

    - The film base material is made of food-grade PP, with a dense and uniform texture, excellent stiffness, good shaping stability, and is not prone to stretching, deformation, or softening. Compared to PE material, it is more flat. Compared to BOPP, it has better toughness. The overall adaptability is excellent.
    - It has excellent waterproof, oil-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, and moisture-resistant properties. It can adapt to the environments of cosmetics, food, and humid storage. It does not absorb water, does not bubble, does not peel off, and does not mold over a long period of use.
    - The temperature resistance is stable, with a wide application temperature range. It does not crack in low-temperature environments, does not shrink, does not turn white, and does not deform at normal or high-temperature environments. It is suitable for refrigerated products, normal temperature circulation, and workshop production scenarios.
    - The surface is resistant to friction and scratch, and is not easily worn out on the printed layers during storage, transportation, or daily contact. The pearl finish is durable and retains for a long time. The label has a longer lifespan and stable appearance.


    III. Compatibility of Printing and Further Processing

    - The film surface has undergone precise corona activation treatment, with surface tension meeting standards, and the ink adhesion is firm. There is no ink loss or paint scraping. It is fully compatible with mainstream processes such as UV printing, flexographic printing, digital inkjet printing, screen printing, and heat transfer printing.
    - It supports diversified post-processing techniques. It can achieve white ink base, color overprinting, local hollowing, gold and silver stamping, laminating, embossing, etc. Combined with the pearl base color, it can create differentiated high-end visual effects.
    - The roll material has high flatness, smooth feeding, no frayed edges or wire drawing during cutting, neat and regular die-cutting, suitable for fully automatic high-speed labeling equipment.     Q3: If I need sample, what l need to do? and how long can l have sample?
    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24hrs. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)
