    Product Application: It is waterproof, oil-proof and abrasion-proof performance. Apply to simple printing and die-cutting blank labels with good die-cutting performance. Can be applied to most barcode printers or electronic scales. Have good color development and general protection. Excellent performance properties on many packaging materials.
    Printing and processing: It can be used for most traditional printing methods. Due to the thermal characteristics of the product, processing environments exceeding 50°C should be avoided. Inks containing alcohol or volatile organic solvents may cause damage to the heat-sensitive layer. It is recom-mended to use raw ink processing printing without adding any additives as much as possible.For spot color ink or additive ink, it is recommended to test the ink before printing.
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.
     
     
     
     

    I. Basic Structure

    The face material is thermal sensitive synthetic paper, combined with eco-friendly water-based adhesive and conventional release backing paper. The layers are firmly bonded and can be easily peeled off. It is compatible with both automated high-speed labeling and manual labeling, and no additional lamination is required.

    It features a built-in thermal sensitive coating, allowing direct thermal printing without the need for carbon ribbons. The printed text is clear and does not smudge easily. The synthetic paper base is smooth and supports simple printing, suitable for various identification contents such as barcodes and text.

    The water-based adhesive has stable adhesion and strong bonding to various materials such as cardboard and plastic. The thermal sensitive coating is scratch-resistant, and the synthetic paper is waterproof, tear-resistant, and oil-resistant. It has a temperature resistance range of -15°C to 60°C, and the printed information does not fade over time.

    Q3: If I need sample, what l need to do? and how long can l have sample?
    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24hrs. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)
