    Product Application: It is an ideal product for high-quality heat transfer printing due to its excellent ink absorption properties of the coating on the surface. Suitable for a variety of high definition, high density bar code heat transfer printing. Most wax bases, wax and resin mixed ribbons are suitable for this product. Typical applications:warehousing, address and shelf labels.
    Printing and processing: The coated surface material can be pre-printed with dots, negative text and solids using flexographic plates and relief plates. The viscosity of the ink should be controlled to avoid excessive viscosity of the ink causing the coating to fall off. Do not print or apply varnish to the area on the label that needs to be printed during pre-printing. Its excellent paper processing performance is suitable for rotary and flat processing methods.
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.

    1）Core Materials and Structure

    The face sheet uses specially coated white smooth matte paper, with excellent ink absorption performance, suitable for heat transfer printing requirements; The backing paper selects super polished white Glacis paper, easy to peel off and not prone to damage; The adhesive uses a universal permanent rubber-based adhesive, with excellent initial viscosity and final stickiness, in compliance with FDA Section 175.105 standards, suitable for non-direct contact label application in food, medicine and cosmetics. 


    2）Printing performance advantages

    Specifically designed for thermal transfer printing, the coating can quickly absorb the ink from the carbon tape, ensuring that the printing process is not dirty or smudged, and can clearly present high-definition, high-density barcodes, text and images. It is compatible with most wax-based and wax-resin mixed color tapes. The print head has low wear and tear, which can extend the equipment's service life. It also supports flexographic, intaglio, letterpress and solid pre-printing of halftones, dot patterns, reverse text and solid areas. The processing is highly adaptable and suitable for rotary and flat processing methods.
