    Product Application: Mainly used for cosmetics and daily chemical labels. Not recommended for beer labels. Due to the hard material, to avoid using it on irregular labeling surfaces and bottles thatare often squeezed.
    Printing and processing: The surface has a special coating and can be used for various printing methods such as letterpress, flexographic, gravure and screen printing. It is suitable for UV ink and waterbased ink. Avoid printing to the edge of the label, especially screen UV ink and UV varnish.The high shrinkage ink layer will cause the label to curl, resulting in separation from therelease paper or warping on the object being attached.
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.

    1）Material Characteristics

    Utilize high transparency BOPP film as the base material, featuring high transparency and transparent texture. After labeling, there is no obstruction, fully revealing the original appearance of the bottle and packaging.


    2）Glue Performance

    Standardly equipped with high-quality water glue / hot melt glue, with stable adhesion, strong initial adhesion, long-lasting adhesion, and no tendency to curl, wrinkle, or fall off.


    3）Printing Compatibility

    Smooth surface and uniform coating, compatible with various printing processes such as offset printing, flexographic printing, digital printing, and intaglio printing. Good ink layer adhesion, less ink loss and color fading.


    4）Applicable Environment

    Possessing water resistance, oil resistance, low-temperature resistance, and tensile resistance, not prone to tearing. Suitable for long-term labeling in various scenarios. Capable of long-term use in humid and dirty environments.


    5）Die-cutting Processing

    Moderate material stiffness, good die-cutting results, smooth waste removal, suitable for customizing various specifications of labels such as irregular shapes, circles, and squares.

    Q3: If I need sample, what l need to do? and how long can l have sample?
    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24hrs. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)
