    Product Application: It is with a special coating on the surface. It has a metallic texture and has excellent tear resistance, high temperature resistance, opacity and chemical corrosion resistance. Suitable for making various resistant labels and widely used in electronic products.
    Printing and processing: Due to the excellent printing performance of PET stickers, it is suitable for letterpress,screen printing, offset printing, flexographic printing to produce variousexquisite labels. It also has good performance for special labels.
    Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.
     
     
     
     

    1. Base material

    The surface material is yellow PET polyester film, combined with stable water-based adhesive. The backing material is mostly yellow kraft release paper. The common thickness is 50-100μm, and it can be customized as needed.


    2. Core performance

    It features water and oil resistance, tear resistance, and dimensional stability. It has good adhesion at room temperature and is suitable for conventional printing and die-cutting processing. The writing is clear and does not smudge easily.


    3. Appearance and compatibility

    The yellow base is eye-catching and suitable for labeling in various scenarios such as food, daily chemicals, electronics, and logistics. Customized sizes, shapes, and printing contents are supported.


    4. Processing and application

    Q3: If I need sample, what l need to do? and how long can l have sample?
    A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24hrs. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.
     
    Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.
     
    Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
    A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)
     
    Q6: What info l need to provide if l want to get the price?
    A: Product material, size, color, order Qty, porduct used enviroment, trend terms(FOB or ClF or Ex-work), destination port and other special requirments.

    A: 100% T/T before shipment for order amount under US$10,000; 30% T/T advanced,70% balance before shipment for order amount over US$10,000.

    A: For samples or small orders, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx ,TNT etc. it usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea-shipping also optional.
